2016 - A Vision Takes Shape
Founded in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, CBC began its journey with a clear vision—to deliver high-quality construction solutions built on integrity, professionalism, and lasting value. In the same year, the Company established its first overseas office in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, marking the beginning of CBC's expansion beyond Vietnam and laying the foundation for a strong regional presence.
2017 - Crossing New Borders
With its regional vision taking shape, CBC expanded into Myanmar by establishing a local office to better serve clients and support the country's growing industrial sector. This milestone strengthened the Company's ability to deliver cross-border projects while reinforcing its commitment to becoming a trusted construction partner across Southeast Asia.
2020 - Strengthening Our Nationwide Presence
As CBC's project portfolio continued to grow, the Company established its Hanoi Office to enhance operational capability and strengthen its presence across Vietnam. The expansion enabled closer collaboration with clients and partners in the North while supporting the delivery of projects nationwide with greater efficiency.
2024 - Growing Across Indochina
CBC continued its regional growth with the establishment of its Laos Office, further expanding its footprint across the Indochina region. More than a new location, the office reflects CBC's long-term commitment to supporting investors, building local partnerships, and delivering consistent construction excellence wherever opportunities arise.
2025 - Expanding into New Horizons
Thailand became CBC's next strategic destination with the successful launch of the Company's first project, Anglo. This milestone represents another important step in CBC's regional growth journey, demonstrating its capability to deliver industrial construction projects that meet international standards in one of Southeast Asia's most dynamic markets.
2026 - 10 Years of Building Beyond Boundaries
In 2026, CBC proudly celebrates its 10th Anniversary—a decade defined by steady growth, trusted partnerships, and engineering excellence. From its beginnings in Vietnam to an expanding presence across Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos, and Thailand, CBC has continuously evolved to meet the needs of regional investors and global clients. As the Company enters its second decade, it remains committed to creating lasting value, delivering sustainable construction solutions, and building the future together across Southeast Asia.
