CBC Next Builders

At CBC, we believe that every lasting structure begins with capable people. That belief is the foundation of CBC NEXT BUILDERS, one of our key CSR initiatives dedicated to supporting the next generation of Vietnamese construction professionals. Through career orientation, knowledge sharing, and real-world industry exposure, the program helps students gain practical insights and build confidence as they prepare for their future careers.

The first stop of the journey was at Mien Trung University of Civil Engineering (MUCE) in Phu Yen, where CBC had the opportunity to connect with students through career talks and industry sharing sessions. The program also introduced internship and career opportunities at CBC, while strengthening the connection between academia and industry to help prepare future-ready construction professionals.
Moving forward, CBC NEXT BUILDERS will continue expanding to universities across Vietnam, creating more opportunities for learning, collaboration, and professional growth. By investing in young talent today, CBC aims to contribute to a stronger and more sustainable future for the construction industry.
